Submit the following documents:
- Complete and signed Application for Enrolment form
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation History Statement from the MyGov website
- Copies of the 2 most recent school reports
- NAPLAN results most recent (if applicable)
- Any diagnostic information (if applicable)
Application fee of $100 is to be paid at the time of submitting the Application for Enrolment.
Once all required paper work is received, we will book an enrolment interview with the College Principal or Deputy Principal.
